Gorgeous Lennar newly built fully furnished home in beautiful Sterling Ranch. Located 10 minutes from the Highlands Ranch Town Center, UC Health and Childrens Hospital. Minutes to central Denver and a world away from it all. High end mattresses and bedding. Sterling Ranch is a quiet neighborhood this house is truly low maintenance living at its best. This two-story home features 4 bedrooms (3 up / 1 main that serves as an office), 3 baths, loft, great room, spacious kitchen, 2 car garage and a 7 ft crawl space with ample room for storage. The upper-level Master has a spacious walk-in closet and double sink.
