It was nice to have a separate entrance and access to facilities i.e. a kitchen, washer dryer etc. Also having access to the backyard and being able to smoke really improved our trip experience! I do want to note, while the bedding itself was clean, my partner and I were stripping the sheets to be helpful and the pillows were really disgusting and desperately need cleaning. Overall I would stay here again as the price is pretty unbeatable given the amount floor space and amenities available! ##### Rachel B. There was a party next door on our first night, and our hosts hosted a gathering our second night, both times causing us to have to park a ways down the road, which isn’t particularly enjoyable. The family room has a low ceiling, probably around 6’4”-6’5”, and the bathroom has a low-hanging light fixture, probably around 6’3” off the ground, which made me have to keep my head ducked while in the bathroom and family room (I’m 6’7”) and gave me a sore neck. I did hit my head on the family room ceiling once and baghroom light fixture 4 times over the course of our stay. The 3rd day, I walked into the room and I sprained my ankle because I forgot about the step down from the door into the room. The kitchen window and bathroom window both had spider webs with lots of dead flies and bugs, which maybe is only noticeable because of my height, but it kinda grossed me out. There is a lot of noise when the hosts move around upstairs, but it doesn’t bother me that much, and the white noise machines provided helped drown it out, although it did make it difficult for my toddler to take a nap. Also as a heads up to everyone, the amenities listed aren’t guaranteed to be accurate. The toddler bed and high chair are not present. The stairs going down to the room are in the back of the property, and when it rained, we had to walk through mud, but our hosts put a mat down, which was very thoughtful. ##### Brian D. This place exceeded our expectations by alot. Very helpful owners with great communications for anything you need. You will be staying in their basement area with your own private entrance. They have all of the accommodations listed on the website. This includes a kitchen with all the tools and spices you need to cook, a bathroom with a shower and a seperate bedroom with a comfortable bed. You can hear the owners upstairs, but not any worse than you would hear your normal apartment neighbors. If anything, it made us feel safer knowing that we were not alone on the property. The owners stayed out of our way at all times and it really felt like they were trying to accommodate for us having our own private property for our vacation. My 5 year old daughter and my husband all stayed at the Vrbo. Property was nice and clean and in a safe neighborhood. However there were a few downsides: 1\. the property owner let us know the day before we arrived that the washing machine was out of order; 2\. you can hear everything upstairs. They provided a white noise machine, but it was not quite enough to cancel out the sound upstairs. Had to call the property owner at 10:30pm due to loud banging noises one night. She let us know that they were building furniture. I appreciated that she answered the phone, but also felt it was inconsiderate to be building furniture at night knowing their are guests below you. Also, it is definitely a 4/20 friendly home. We aren’t against it, but the smell downstairs was strong. It is still a nice place to stay, but don’t think we will stay again. ##### Kate L.
