Entire lower level apartment with 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen size bed, and 1 double bed), 2 full baths, washer & dryer, kitchen & den. Private covered porch, patio and backyard.. Walking distance to either the Yale or Southmoor Rail Stations. Private drive for off street parking.
Concert & Sports Access: Great home base for concert goers and sports fans! Only 5 mi. to Fiddler's Green Amphitheater, 18 mi. to Red Rocks, 9.4 mi. to Ball Arena & Empower Field, and 12.4 mi. to Coors Field. We are just off I-25 at Hampden and only 1.1 mi. to RTD Yale Light Rail Station to downtown Denver.

The Breckenridge Room features a private master suite with a king size bed, private bathtub - shower, and an electric fireplace. The Copper Mountain Room has a double bed and electric fireplace. Across the hall full bath. Each bedroom has a window, electric fireplace, closet space, dresser, and Free WiFi.
Guest access Completely separate private lower level apartment. You have full private access to the den-kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and private stairwell entrance. Includes free off street parking and private driveway for the apartment. Access to patio and backyard. When you book as a couple you have access to the Breckenridge King Bed room. Bookings for 3-4 guests have access to both The Breckenridge King and the Aspen Queen Bedrooms, and the Copper Double bed room if there are 2 singles joining the group. Bookings of 5-7 guests access all three bedrooms, including the Copper Mountain Double Bed room, and choice of couch and or air mattress for sleeping in the den. Long term rental guests are welcome and enjoy convenient access to UC Medical, Denver Tech Center, and two light rails stations for easy access to Downtown Denver, UC Medical, and Denver Tech Center,.
Perfect for business or leisure travelers. Leisure travelers can use the Blue Bear Den as a hub for Summer or Ski Season fun. NOTES ON YOUR SPACE AT THE BLUE BEAR DEN: Each bedroom has closets for your clothes, dresser drawers in each room, and we can even convert the master bedroom king bed to a Jack and Jill bath connecting to a double bed room if desired. We provide you with an ironing board, hair dryers in each bathroom, shampoo, bath wash, conditioner, and plenty of towels. In the kitchen dishes/ utensils for 6-8 people. You have a Keurig coffee maker, welcome snacks, bottled water upon check-in. We offer a cozy den with great lighting, fireplace, large couch, kept nice and cool so you are never hot in any rooms in the Summer and toasty in the Winter. Large full size fridge with ice maker. We provide plenty of supplies, tissue, kleenex, paper towels, and bath amenities .
After hours take the light rail downtown to enjoy night life, avoid parking fees, or worries about driving late nights. A $4 to $5 dollar ride on Uber/ Lyft to the rail stations for late night outings if you don't want to walk. Great lighting for coming and going on the side of the house where you park. Ample back patio lighting so you can always see to safely enter the apartment.
The Blue Bear Den has a covered porch entrance with a covered bench. This is a 420 friendly area on the North side of the patio. You have access to a nice patio with bar-bbq grill, table and chairs on the patio with 9 foot umbrella covered table and chairs so you can enjoy cool nights sitting outside. Plenty of room to store your bike on patio, canoe, kayak, or skis if you bring your own to use in the mountains, rivers, reservoirs, or other recreation activities around the city.
We offer a quiet street and safe area for your comfort and pleasure. A great apartment to share with business partners traveling together, each with a private room for up to 7 people if someone wishes to sleep on the sofa or den air mattress. Cheaper than hotel. My sister, brother and I stayed here for 4 nights. Place was great, just as described. Great location to get anywhere around. Hosts Lee and Jackie were welcoming and accommodating. We would stay here again if in Denver.

We loved our stay here. The hosts were super thoughtful, helpful, and communicative. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The homemade cookies and assorted snacks were a nice surprise. The Jacuzzi was a delight and they thought of every possible accomodation to make our stay wonderful. We were in town for my daughter's college graduation, and Lee and Jackie made sure to acknowledge this occasion. We couldn't ask for better hosts!

Booked for 2 nights for an anniversary get away. Hosts were awesome. They had the apartment set up romantic with love music, a cake and roses. Not to mention the champagne bottle. Highly recommend! Will be returning.

We made reservations here as a last- minute change of plans, and really wanted to spend family time. This place was perfect for that, with an indoor hot tub, a patio, and a great family room area, where we played games, and watched a movie together. The hosts were amazing and really great at communicating. Loved it.

I arrived a bit late due to a unforeseen circumstances but Lee did everything to accommodate me . The neighborhood is excellent with many options to eat shop and near downtown nightlife. By far the best spot I have ever stayed during my multiple trips to Denver. I recommend strongly to do your logging with them .🏔️😎😍☀️✅

Lee and Jackie were amazing. The amenities we all we could ask for and more. Lee was incredibly helpful at every turn. He definitely went above and beyond in helping us pick up groceries and navigating our trip. Communication throughout all stages of our booking was outstanding.

Jackie and Lee were amazing hosts and the property was even more amazing than the photographs. A separate driveway provided ample room for both SUVs in our party. The entrance is off the back of the house and feels very private. There's a room for your skis and boots on a porch, then you enter to a staircase to foyer. Leave your shoes off, the carpet is divine!
The kitchen had everything you needed, even some water and beverages in the fridge. Jackie made some delicious cookies for us. And they custom made a sign for our trip out to see NIN!
The bedrooms all had flat-screen TVs with streaming apps. Beds were comfy with nice pillows and linens. Bathrooms were awesome and super clean.
DO NOT MISS THE HOT TUB! Such a great way to relax your muscles after a long day out in Colorado.
We enjoyed getting to meet our hosts. They were very funny and eager to make our stay as nice as possible.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Extremely clean, well-lit, excellent location with 25 two minutes away. Super cute large patio with lots of seating, firepit, and festive lights. Hot tub available in a private addition in back yard. Private yard and patio, private driveway. We received a personalized note with home baked cookies on arrival. The place is beautifully decorated, updated, comfortable, and very well-stocked with everything we needed and more including complimentary drinks in the frig!

This was a great property, cozy and clean. It did not have a stove top, which I was expecting but I may not have ready the amenities closely enough. So that is on me. Super comfy beds, cozy environment.
