L'hotel en lui même est très bien mais il est situé dans une zone d'hôtels de luxe et de ce fait, les voitures ne sont pas en sécurité... Nous avons vu plusieurs traces de vitrages cassés et ce n'était pas rassurant... En plus, l'hotel a pris 10 $ de parking (sans garantie bien sur) Nous n'avons pas eu de vol mais nous avons retrouvé la voiture couverte de fientes d'oiseaux !!! et notre loueur a pris des frais de nettoyage !!! Mauvais plan donc !!!

WiFi didn’t work, breakfast was terrible, and when I tried to get the WiFi fixed the front desk was extremely rude. They also did not return my entire security deposit and when I called to get that sorted I was told only the manager can help. The manager seems to never be available to talk however.

This property needs some serious work. The staff give off the impression that they don’t care about the guests. The room was clean enough but there was a lot of dust and the entire hotel smelled like arm & hammer carpet powder.

It's under construction, which was fine, and the staff was great. My only problem is that my room door handle was broken. I had to do an odd push/pull game to open the door. At first, it slid off in my hand when I went to open the door. It cording dead bolt, but the slide lock worked. I put the folding metal laundry holder in front of the door so I would hear if someone tried to open it. I was only there for a few hours of sleep and when I told the person at the front desk, she immediately created a ticket to fix it. Other than that, the room I was in was nice. I still think this is a great hotel because they were eager to fix a problem they didn't know about. There was some construction down the hall, but it wasn't really loud. It was a good price for a good night's sleep

Under construction, not close to what was seen in pics condition wise. Also, $10 for parking in an empty parking lot as a guest? And airport shuttle was $10… how is this not complimentary like every other DIA hotel?

This facility is at the end of its life cycle. Not really terrible or unmaintained but worn. Breakfast was minimal to say the least. Parts of the facility were walled off for some kind of construction

I only stayed one night. It's not high end but clean enough for an over night stay. Very convenient in relation to the airport and the Gaylord(I was attending a conference at the Gaylord which is way pricey for me) Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was not cooperating with us. The shuttle was surpassed without notice.. There were some renovation the hotel so the noise during the day was diseuptive.

Terrible stay. We were charges $70 for a taxi from the airport to the hotel cause there were no shuttles to the hotel. Party in the room beside us until 3am and nothing happened after calling front desk to complain. Very poor conditions of the room, holes in carpet and very dated and dirty furniture. Never again will I stay in this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone.
