The property looked very nice, was clean and the staff was friendly. We were comfortable at 70 degrees when we went to bed after driving 5 hours to get there, and were expecting a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, sometime in the middle of the night the AC stopped working. The fan would kick on & then go off...and then go on and off again...over and over. It might stop 5 or 10 mins and then go on and off again. I was in the bed closest to the fan so it woke me a lot. I woke at 4:30am, this time drenched in sweat. The temperature was 79 degrees in the room & we had all the covers on so I had sweated through my pj's. The rest of my family was asleep & I didn't figure they could do anything at that time & I figured the only thing they could do was move us to a different room if they even had one available. I hated to wake my husband & kids by calling/ loading everything up to move to another room, so I didn't call at 4:30. I did go down at 7:30 or 8am to tell the front desk, but because I went through Expedia, the young girl said she couldn't discount it, but would tell the manager (who I've never heard from). I had paid $320 for one night after city, county, and state taxes, so it was frustrating to not get a comfortable night's sleep. The rest of my family said they had woken up a lot during the night but thought it was just them so they just kicked off the covers. I wish I had known they were uncomfortable too because I would have at least asked for fans.

I like the hotel except the bed is too soft for us. That’s not our preference bed. Therefore, we will not book again. Otherwise, everything is good.

Comfy bed, poor water pressure and quiet hours
The bed was really comfy. The walls were thin so we heard talking and music from our neighbors at 5 AM…complained to the front desk and they didn’t do anything to stop them. Plumbing also was weird in that the water pressure was too much for the bathroom sink and the room smelled like fart. Expected more for how much we paid.

The carpet looked stained and tattered in spots. Not as clean as one would expect. Tv was not working correctly and had damage. They did however offer to correct the issue. Was a bit disappointed at the desk clerk. She was hanging out in the bar area with I’m guessing other staff and left me waiting when clearly I could be seen waiting to check in. 12/30/2023 around 5:30 pm. We always stay here a few times a year and have never been disappointed before yesterday.

I always stay here when in the area. The staff are friendly, the property clean and comfortable and there are several places to eat nearby. Most importantly is it's 2 blocks from Bus-ee's.

Comfortable convenient safe location
The hotel is in a safe and very convenient location to get anywhere around Denton easily. Rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, and we love having ceiling fan makes it more like home. Staff is very friendly.

They have one road bump that is hazardous to tires. They didn’t register that I had checked out despite returning keys nearly two hours before check out. They then called me twice and NEVER left a message.

Pleasantly Surprised
Pleasantly surprised! Best Western brand motels are awful so when I saw this chain I was skeptical but the pics and reviews made me take a leap of faith, and they were wonderful . The entire hotel is very clean, the room is spacious, big bathroom, cozy beds and the breakfast spread is more than you typically see. We will definitely look for this hotel in future travels.

Our stay was awesome! After a long day of diving and fun at a family reunion it was nice to have a place to rest! The hotel was gorgeous, rooms were huge, bed was comfy and my daughter said i was the best mommy for taking her there. Breakfast was also great. Pool was open at 9am so we could swim before check out.
