My wife, our son, and myself traveled to Bali on Sunday, 22 December 2019. On arrival at the airport, I found that there were no arrangement made for our collection at the airport, as per my request. "Could you please include airport shuttle service. We will be arriving at Denpasar Airport @ 16:35 on 22 Dec 19 onboard Garuda Flight GA447, and depart again on 29 Dec 19 @ 13:00 on Garuda Flight GA446" I then called the hotel, and they told me that no arrangement was made with them, so I arranged for a taxi to the hotel by myself. (Lesson learnt - call the hotel beforehand to confirm!). The stay at the hotel was very pleasant, good location, friendly staff, nice swimming pool. Some complaints though with regards to the facilities, not show stoppers though.
1. Wi-Fi was so bad that we used our own WiFi Router the entire week!
2. No Coffee/tea maker in room!. "Food & Drink - Refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, room service, and free bottled water".We went and bought a small portable gas stove and a pot, to boil water in to make coffee.
3. No bottled water in room, only a Stainless Steel water jug with water.
