The was a sign and a phone number to call, but it didnā€™t work. We also retried to call the property manager with the number provided by Stayz. Also didnā€™t work. Asked a local nearby and he had the property managerā€™s phone number and we talked to him re our booking. He was adamant we didnā€™t have a booking. We quoted our booking number etc, but he wouldnā€™t budge. There was no other accommodation in the area available as Sanur was very busy . We ended up sleeping at my massage ladies brothers house !! Not happy.
