"Hotel lobby was nice, the room was okay. Front desk staff who checked us in wasn’t very friendly or helpful with information. The elevator had missing buttons. It didn’t give enough time to load the luggage cart and our family. The door open button was ripped off and couldn’t be used. My kids went up with the luggage without us."

"Worst service I experienced ANYWHERE in my life! Staff just does NOT care. Kitchen closed for renovations one morning: no communication to guests. Front desk morning male agent said not his job to monitor the restaurant whereabouts? Separate management? Rooms are old and wall paper peeling. No management. No leadership. Staff attitude is the worst. Too many examples to list here. Will never go back even for free! "

"While the property was offered at a good price, mostly clean, and the employees were very kind, I had 3 issues: there was no water in the room or cups and whatever I tried to reach out to them. They never responded even to this day after I’ve checked out. I have still not gotten a response on any of these items, including: the towel holder in the bathroom was barely hanging on, the couch was very badly stained, and they never responded to my requests of water, and while Wi-Fi was set to be included, I was never given an entrance paper with the Wi-Fi information and it was not on any of our booking information and seeing they never responded when messaging their contact number I wasn’t able to get access. All in all, it was a nice place to stay for the price, but seeing it was only for one night, not having access to the Wi-Fi or water was difficult when the couch was very stained and some things were damaged. I ordinarily would not even mention these things that seeing they still to this day have not responded. I have no other way to mention them."
