We are 20 minutes to the Cape Cod Airport in Hyannis, 5 minutes to downtown Dennis Port, and 20 minutes to downtown Chatham. Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. No Locals are allowed to book the property. No parties are allowed. Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm. ALL pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $125 pet fee. How about a home you don't want to leave because it's so special?Our family of 6 adults thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at this clean, fully equipped, spacious slice of heaven. Magnificent views from the deck, paddle boarding on the lake, cooking dinners together in the well equipped kitchen, making smores in the fire pit and hanging out in the spacious family room with magical views are just some of the benefits. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well designed, clean and comfortable! Just minutes from the beaches, restaurants and rail trail for walking, running or biking, this home has it all!
