At just .3 mile to Sea Street Beach on Nantucket Sound, your sandy adventures are just steps away. Each bedroom has a window A/C and TV for your comfort and convenience. This charming Cape Cod cottage with hard wood floors will provide all the makings for your next vacation! Amenities include WiFi, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker and keurig. Return home from a day at the beach to relax in the large private back yard with gas grill, patio furniture, and an enclosed out-door shower. 3 night minimums available for an added $150 cleaning fee.
7 nights or more bookings include the cleaning fee. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request for an additional cost

The House with the Red Door
This was a very clean house with plenty of dishes, utensils pots and pans. It’s in a great walking location to the beach, snack bar and a fancy restaurant at the end of the street.

89 Sea St Dennis Port
Good amount of utensils in the kitchen. Toilet paper roll holder is not secure. A roll wound up in the toilet, when my son pulled at the wrong angle. Didn’t use it after that Twin bed is not comfortable, it slants Like the screened in porch. May want to secure the garbage container consistent with the recycling container, animals got into it overnight. Need to oil the incredibly loud squeaking door.
