The owners and management company should be ashamed of the condition of this property. I have been going to the cape since i was 10 years old. I get its a beach house. However, they did not take comfort of their guests as a priority. The furniture was so old and worn we couldnt even sit on the couches. It a as like sitting on wood. The armrests were down to the framing. And the mattresses were stiff as boards. I ended up spending an extra 400 for two gel mattress toppers. My husband and i couldnt sleep in the same bed because it squeaked so much and was so small. You could easily fit a queen mattress in this property. The bathroom looked like it was out of the 70s with a rusted over the toilet cabinet and dirty. The best part of this place was the outdoor shower. The house itself needs a refresh of decor and new furniture. It looked like it was all picked up on the side of the road. It made it hard yo be confortable and relax after working remotely all day. The place was so dirty from the blinds to the decorations filled with years of dust. I would stay clear of this property. Do not recommend. ##### Michelle M. A roll wound up in the toilet, when my son pulled at the wrong angle. Didn’t use it after that Twin bed is not comfortable, it slants Like the screened in porch.
