From the minute we checked in we didn’t like the property, the front desk, manager, even bell boy need customer service training. This is not a 4 or 5 star property but their attitude is high and mighty, they overcharged my Credit card without any explanation, not much dinning option available, Thermal pool was dirty, when we complained to the manager, she started to argue. I asked her to leave a day early and she agreed however I still haven’t seen a refund of 1 night yet. Really disappointed.
