Property Summary  
Welcome to Villa Tana, a large and beautiful renovated house located in a sunny and quiet position, just 2.5 km from the center of Denia, Spain. This holiday rental offers a private and spacious garden with an orchard, as well as an angular swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 40 - 230 cm) with an internal staircase and seasonal availability from January 1st to December 31st. You'll also find an outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue area, and parking for up to 3 cars on the premises. The property boasts amenities such as Internet Wifi, a Yard, and a Swimming Pool.  
  
Outdoors  
Enjoy the great outdoors at Villa Tana, where you can spend time in the large private garden, complete with an orchard. Relax by the angular swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 40 - 230 cm), which is available seasonally from January 1st to December 31st and features an internal staircase. Take advantage of the outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, and barbecue area for alfresco dining and leisure activities.

Sports enthusiasts can enjoy the sports harbor located 1.6 km from the villa, as well as a surf school 1.4 km away and tennis courts 2.3 km away. Explore the nearby town of Denia, just 2.5 km from the property, where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in the "Villa Tana", a spacious and bright 4-room house spanning 150 square meters. The villa has been partly renovated in 2024, featuring beautiful and stylish furnishings. The living/dining room is equipped with a digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, providing a comfortable ambiance. There is also an exit leading to the terrace from this area. The villa offers three bedrooms: one room with a double fold-away bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, another room with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and a third room with two beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating for your comfort.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa features a large kitchen that is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring you have everything you need for your culinary needs during your vacation. Additionally, there is a bath/WC for your convenience. The villa also boasts a large terrace spanning 30 square meters, complete with terrace furniture, deck chairs, a covered balcony, and a sitting area, offering a delightful outdoor space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.  
  
Other Information  
The villa offers a marvellous view of the sea, mountains, valley, and the resort, providing you with stunning panoramic vistas to enhance your vacation experience. Amenities include a washing machine, iron, and hair dryer for your convenience. Internet access is available via WiFi and is provided free of charge. Furthermore, reserved parking is available, ensuring you have a designated spot for your vehicle during your stay. Please note that the TV channels available are in the Spanish language. The maximum capacity of the villa is six guests, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
