Situated on a sunny corner, it offers panoramic views of the Dénia mountain. Its location on the northern slope of El Montgó provides sunny days in winter and cool breezes in summer. The ground floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Relax in the sun by the private pool and enjoy your Mediterranean garden. It features private parking and a covered terrace with a pellet stove. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in. It is located in the Dènia town, close to the village but far enough away to enjoy of a few quiet days. The beach is only 10 minutes from the villa. Other Things to Note: Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. Pets are not allowed. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
