Villa Jolanda is a very large, very beautiful, and very comfortable house located in the resort area of Denia, Spain, just 2.5 km from the town center. This holiday rental boasts a private heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 80 - 185 cm, available year-round), an outdoor shower, a pool house with WC, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. It also offers modern amenities like a washing machine, tumble dryer, and parking for up to 3 cars on the premises.

The property's outdoor features are truly remarkable, with a heated swimming pool surrounded by a well-manicured garden. Enjoy al fresco dining with the provided garden furniture and a barbecue house, perfect for creating memorable meals under the Spanish sun. The outdoor shower adds a refreshing touch after a dip in the pool or a day at the nearby beach.

Conveniently located, Villa Jolanda is just 2 km from the sea and the sandy Marineta Cassiana beach. The "Villa Jolanda" is a 4-room villa with 140 square meters of living space. It features a comfortable and cozy furnishing with a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV and an exit leading to a terrace. There are three bedrooms: one room with a French bed (measuring 2 x 90 cm, 200 cm in length), a bathroom/WC, satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Another room has a similar setup with a French bed (2 x 90 cm, 200 cm in length), satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The third room has a single bed (90 cm, 190 cm in length) and a fan.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa boasts a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC separate from the bathroom. The outdoor area features a large terrace, patio, and a spacious garden with a lawn. Guests can enjoy the terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs. The villa offers side views of the sea and the mountains.
