In one of the most beautiful areas of Denia, this villa is located with views of the sea and the mountain and just 7.5 km from the beach.

The two-story house is located in a residential area, quiet and far from all the hustle and bustle we find in summer. The plot is 880 m² and 170 m² habitable.

The different terraces of the house provide both sunny and shaded areas. The large 11mx4m swimming pool is located right in front of the main terrace where you can enjoy fantastic dinners with wonderful views.

On the ground floor of the house, we find a spacious living room with an impressive height of almost 5 meters to the ceiling. The open kitchen is separated by a small step that creates a distinct environment. The kitchen has all the facilities to do a good job in the kitchen.
