Enjoy a wonderful sun and beach vacation in this comfortable apartment just steps from Les Marines beach in Denia. It offers a spacious furnished terrace with spectacular sea views and accommodation for 4 guests.  
  
After an entertaining day of sun, beach, and sand, stop by the outdoor shower in the complex to rinse off the remnants of sand and saltwater. Then, the best plan will be to relax on the private terrace of the apartment while admiring the clear views of the Mediterranean Sea.  
  
The cozy apartment, located on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, has the basic equipment to enjoy your vacation. The dining room offers air conditioning, a Smart TV, and a table for 4 diners. The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and the essentials for cooking during your stay. Guests have 2 bedrooms to rest, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. The apartment's bathroom has a shower. Finally, in the house, you will find a washing machine, as well as a cot and high chair if you are traveling with your baby.  
  
The location of the apartment, just 200 meters from Les Marines beach, is unbeatable. It is a kilometre-long and wide beach of golden sand and calm waters with all kinds of services including a recreational floating platform and lifeguard service, making it perfect for the little ones in the family. You can also practice your favorite water sports. The center of Dénia and its charming castle are also very near. In the area, you will also find supermarkets, beach bars, and restaurants nearby so you won't miss anything during your days of rest
