The house is equipped with everything your heart could desire: a large pool, a spacious garden, an outdoor kitchen with a covered dining area, a small east-facing terrace for breakfast and a covered terrace with views over the property, the pool and the town. Upstairs is the large kitchen along with living and dining room and two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for 8 people and the large living room invites you to linger on cooler days. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and the second has a bathroom with shower next door. All beds are double beds of 1.80m x 2.00m each. The downstairs apartment, which is better described as a granny flat, also has two bedrooms (one with aircon) and two bathrooms. Here, too, there are only king-size beds measuring 1.80m x 2.00m. The kitchen is also fully equipped and there is also a washing machine in an adjoining room. The living room is also equipped with air conditioning, which is sufficient to cool the area of the front bedroom. Up to two cars can be parked on the property; however, additional vehicles can be parked on the street. The house also has central air conditioning and -for the cooler winter days- gas heating in the upper floor. There are two split units in the basement. The rental price includes an electricity consumption according to rental contract. An additional consumption will be billed separately. A security deposit will be charged prior to arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of departure if no damages have been made. There is a cleaning fee, which is not included in the rental price. The laundry costs for bed linen/towels are listed separately when booking. From the 1 July until 31 August the arrivals and departures can only be realized on a Saturday. We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings made at least 7 days before arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years. Villa actually 2 separate apartments with no internal access.Many steps outside to 2 beds and main living area. Not suitable for someone with walking difficulties. Upstairs apartment Garden, Pool and BBQ area beautiful and relaxing. Access and parking difficult for more than 1 med. sized car. Only 1 set of keys supplied.for 2 families. We were all locked out late at night due to fault on poor wiring system . Electrical gate and upstairs cooker and hob which were on the same circuit that failed Attended to by electrician 2 days later. Downstairs apartment well equipped but dark & dated . Not very habitable in hot weather. Fans available but no air-conditioning downstairs. Large area of mould on one wall in downstairs bedroom unhealthy needs attention. 2 of our party had to sleep in the lounge on the sofas as it was too hot downstairs. Apart from no privacy, there were no curtains on lounge windows to stop light. International payment direct to Agent instead of through VRBO not ideal. Key collection and return, from remote office safe in Denia, inconvenient. Agents Adams and Behrens were friendly and helpful when contacted and responded promptly to our concerns. ##### Bob S. Der Garten und Poolbereich ist wunderschön. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, dieses Haus in den nächsten Jahren nochmals anzumieten. • Es fehlen ggf. noch 3 Liegen am Pool (Das Haus für 8 Personen hat derzeit nur 5 Liegen) • Es fehlt mindestens ein 2\. oder sogar 3\.
