This beautiful villa offers a magnificent view over the bay of Denia, the sea and the surrounding mountains. The villa is comfortably furnished and offers many extra amenities such as internet connection (WIFI) and an outside shower with hot water. The main floor has 2 bedrooms. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 person. The house has air conditioning and central floor heating. The villa is quiet located on a hilly side, but the center of Denia and several beaches can be reached in just 5 - 10 minutes by car. There is an option to use a third bedroom in a seperate apartment downstairs (on request). A nice outside kitchen invites for bbq and nice dinner al fresco.
