Shower bathroom with heating. Living/dining room with pellet fireplace, well-equipped open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Dolce gusto), kettle. Terrace with table and chairs, 2 sun loungers and parasol. Wood/charcoal barbecue. Storage room and carport. The holiday home is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing time. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, electric heating throughout the house, double glazed windows with blinds and mosquito nets. TV with Spanish and international channels, wifi internet. Washing machine. An attractive, large communal pool with stunning sea views and well maintained communal garden with several showers, lawns and Mediterranean plants. The beautiful town of Denia is only 13 km away. The region of Denia on the Costa Blanca is an ideal place to spend your holidays at any time of the year. Mild Mediterranean climate, long sandy beaches and beautiful mountain scenery. Dénia offers a great infrastructure and a wide range of possibilities for your leisure time, marina, fish market, beautiful old town, as well as an excellent gastronomic offer, not forgetting its nightlife.
