For shared use: with lawn and trees, natural garden, swimming pool (25 x 13 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning. Communal covered parking space n 1\. Supermarket 150 m, restaurant 50 m, café 150 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station 2 km, ferry 1.2 km, sandy beach "Playa de Les Marines" 20 m. Surf school 500 m, sailing school 800 m, tennis 250 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
