"Overall, our favourite hotel in Bali despite the weather (unfortunately it was rainy season). The resort is amazing. The staff are very helpful. We stayed quite far from the front so the golf carts were available to help take us around. When you first walk into the room you're greeted by an amazing bathroom and coffee bar. I am just disappointed I was not able to try more of the coffee. Great coffee drinks provided at breakfast and afternoon tea. The onsite food was also good. We did not run out of things to do. The free plantation tour was nice along with our paid mountain bike tour to the waterfall. The activities program is extensive. We only stayed 2 nights this time but in the future we will try to stay for 3!"

"The property is beautifully presented from the front door right through to the beach. Staff were friendly, efficient and so helpful, especially to contact and organise local drivers, restaurants and services. A daily breakfast was prepared and then served on the front patio looking across the pool to the sea.Quite spectacular. I would highly recommend this property. I will definitely be back."

"This property was even better in real life than the listing. It is beautiful, great pool, right on the beach, so peaceful and relaxing. The staff were outstanding and Kadek the cook made the best meals. Our food prepared by her surpassed all of our restaurant meals. Ketut the customer service was so helpful. She suggested activities, and arranged everything we asked of her. It made everything run so smooth and with very little thought. There was a property book that provided a lot of additional information that we didn't know we needed. We hope to return to Bali, and we WILL stay here again, we hated to leave."

"This is a truly beautiful property. It looks beautiful in the photos, but somehow even better in real life. The house is lovely and the gardens are incredible. What really makes this stay deserve all the stars are the staff. Everyone we met was lovely and kind and were extremely attentive without being overbearing. The north can't compete with the south for restaurants but it really doesn't need to when you can have Kadek's cooking. Please can she write a recipe book? We often discuss how much we are missing her food!"
