Bring your fly fishing gear, inner tubes or kayaks for life on the river! Nestled on 9 quiet acres, Gaby's is a great spot to launch the kayaks or cast a line. The front door is located up the steps on the river side of the home. On this front deck you will find an outdoor sofa with a gas firepit and a bench swing at the far end. Upon entering the property you are in the open space of the living area, a four-chair sitting area, the dining area with 8 chairs and the full kitchen. The living room features a new gas-log fireplace, a television and a built-in bookcase filled with reading options. Streaming satellite tv is available on both the upstairs and downstairs televisions, providing live news and your favorite sports channels. The kitchen is a chef's dream, with cabinets and counter space every where you turn! Not only are there full size appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, but the highlight is a gas stove and oven. In the pantry you will find a toaster oven, a lobster pot, a toaster, an air fryer, a crock pot and a blender. The Keurig coffee maker can make a 12-cup pot of coffee or a cup at a time with K-cups. Outside the kitchen and dining area is the terraced backyard, rocking chairs, a free-standing outdoor firepit with wrought iron chairs and a gas grill. Gather round the outdoor firepit on the cooler nights with stories to share and marshmallows to toast! On the main level there are three bedrooms. The master king suite has an ensuite bathroom with slate floors. It features a garden tub, walk-in shower and two vanity sinks separated by a toiletry cabinet. Across the living room are the two queen bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Downstairs is a play room, coffee bar, laundry room and another king bedroom. Gather around the game table for board games, or try your hand at the oversized hanging Tic-Tac-Toe or the Connect 4 Strategy game. A billiard table awaits those pool sharks in the group! The coffee bar is set up with a one-cup Keurig coffee maker. The king bedroom is cozy and comfortable with its own bathroom. Open the French doors that lead to the rocking chair patio with chaise lounges. Another perfect spot to rest, relax and unwind at Gaby's on the River. • Minimum Age Requirement: Gaby's on the River is a Luxury Property and is available to families or to guests 25 years and older. • Parking: Space is available for 4 vehicles. The garage is locked and not available to guests. • Access: The road is dirt and gravel to the property. • Pets: Gaby's on the River is Not pet-friendly. No pets allowed. • Smoking: There is NO smoking or vaping inside the property. The house is very private, surrounded by trees. The house was very clean, and the beds were so comfortable! We had all the cooking utensils needed. The house is spacious. We enjoyed the pool table. The only thing I would say that was slightly negative is that it was not easy getting into the water. My kids like to get into the water, but the banking is lined with large rocks which made it difficult to do that. There was a very small area you could get into the water, but the grass around it was overgrown and I was nervous about snakes! Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again. ##### Dana B. One of our family members wwnt yo retrieve his billfold after dark and due to the unlite strps and the way they were built he fell. This happened Friday night so we spent the rest of our stay at Gainesville hospital where he wad in ICU until Tuesday. He is syill recovering from this fall. The property management did not get in tough with us until late Monday. They were very concerned and after hearing our problems they promised a certificate where we could visit again but we have not received it. We are very disappointed but we would recommend that these strps be replaced and lights be installed but. we have not received it. ##### Louise A. Séjour de 4 nuits en juillet 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Ana G. 27 juin 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Family Getaway Took a mini vaca with the family, the house is beautiful the river was plus the kids enjoy will give the house a 4 ⭐️ here’s why 1) upon arrival got there at 4:10 there was a car there which was the cleaning lady (running behind) so we had to wait about 10 minutes or so 2) grab the air fryer to cook some wings and gesh it was dirty also the Keurig coffee maker (grab from the closet) 3) don’t like that cars be passing by behind the house 4) there was some places where it had few webs and dead black bugs Other than that it was fun! ##### Ana G.
