\*\* Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.   
  
Snowline Cabin #10 - Log cabin at its best!  
  
This 2-story 2+bedroom 3/4-bath log home says "cabin in the mountains!". The 1st floor includes an open country kitchen and a living/dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, a 3/4-bath, and a separate laundry area. The 2nd floor includes one large bedroom with 2-queen beds and a walk out balcony. A second divided sleeping area includes 1-set of bunk beds on each side of the divider...great for kids! This vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (enforced Maximum Occupancy!).

\*\*wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided Free Of Charge for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the Free Wi-Fi Service fails to function correctly.   
  
\*\*this cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions.
