ID is required at check-in. Snowater Condo #85 - A Deluxe 2-Story Family Condo! This deluxe 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse-style family condo is a great value! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 1-full-sized bed, 1-full bath, and a nicely equipped galley-style kitchen including a dishwasher, an open living/dining area, a gas fireplace, and a nice little balcony overlooking the well-maintained common area grounds. The 2nd floor features a primary bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This Wi-Fi-equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River, which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free Wi-Fi, a pool table, a ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and nature viewing. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round! OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES: \*\*While this property is not pet-friendly for guests, the property owners do have pets. Persons who are particularly susceptible to pet allergens should take this into consideration and reserve accordingly. \*\*Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. No tv or cell service.
