We had couples and 4 kids; the setup was perfect for us, and we had a great time. I knocked a start off for the following: The hot tub was filthy; the water was cloudy, oily, and looked nasty. That was disappointing, but it was hot outside, so it wasn't a huge loss. I was also very surprised by the large "overage" fee. The listing advertises sleep for 10, but charges for each person over 4. I wish this had been made clear in the description. I rent a lot of VRBOs, so I know it is common to charge for more than a certain number of people, but in a house so large; I've never seen an overage charge start at 4, and usually the charge is communicated in the description. All that said, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I would recommend it. ##### Natalie W. Cabin is pretty big and can easily accommodate 10 people. Cabin has things that give it the rustic feel and little touches that make it an excellent getaway.
