The room was big and the kitchen area with a sink, microwave, coffee pot and medium size refrigerator were great. The bathroom was OK however the water in the shower didn't warm up sufficiently and there was not even warm water to shower in the morning.

There is no way this dump should have such a high rating. When I was searching, I thought I found an undiscovered gem, such a low price with an 8 rating. There is good reason there are no photos of the outside in the listing. As I drove up to the address I thought I had the wrong address. If I have not a refundable reservation I would have kept going. There are approximately 10 rooms that make up this location. It’s the kind of place you take your side hustle for quickey. Soon after I arrived around 10pm a young couple was leaving. When checking in the desk person said “don’t worry the rooms are much nicer inside than the outside.” The room I was in had a super bright light above the door that was attracting all kinds of insects. After battling them I entered the room and it did seem much better than the outside. I took a shower and went to bed. Soon after under the covers I started feeling itchy, the mattress was lumpy and tilted. I toss and turned to try and get comfortable all night scratching my burning skin. At one point I put on the clean shirt I had planned to wear the next day, which stop the issue on my back and chest, but not my legs. In the morning I discovered bug bites all over my body. I hear bed bugs travel well and now I have to carefully disinfect everything I brought in to the room to be sure I don’t infect my home. I highly recommend the owner replace the mattress with brand new one after thoroughly disinfecting that room.

Thanks for your review, obviously you were not happy with your stay , I'm proud to say that I didn't get high rating in both sites and Google by selling bad products. And 99 % of my customers do not agree with you , if you were so unhappy, all you had to do just go to front desk and we would have been glad to cancel your reservation without a penalty .All our beds are less than a year old with a pillow top , and we only use Sealy or Serta brand .it's amazing that out of 235 previous reviews by our travelers we stand at 9.0 score as wonderful.

We only stayed overnight so just needed a comfortable clean room. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The decor was outdated but who cares when you are getting such a wonderful price for a clean nice comfortable room.

We had such a pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk/management was so friendly. Check in was a breeze. Registered on line and had nothing else to sign or fill out when we arrived. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Not a lot of frills but we weren’t looking for that. Bed was very comfortable. Only negative was the pillows were a little firm for me. I’d definitely stay here again. Great value for the money!

Super Spot!
We had a great stay here! The room was quite large and had everything we needed. We are on a long road trip, it was so great to have the space, a real coffeemaker nice large fridge and microwave to make supper. We loved it here!

Honestly, I probably would not have given this tiny motel a second look but the reviews were all so good that we gave it a try. What a place! Doesn’t look like much from the outside but the rooms are huge and spotless and the owner is dlelightfull. We will definitely stay here again

Staff was friendly and helpful. No breakfast, but room was spacious and clean. We both felt safe and comfortable in this older, well kept unit. We would definitely stay here again.

We like older properties where you park at at your door. So much easier than dragging through a lobby. This motel is nicely maintained and we got a good nights sleep. Highly recommended.

We were just passing through this town. The lady who admitted us was really nice. The room was clean enough but needs some updating. Maybe it was the winds but the building itself creaked a lot throughout the night and the heater turned on briefly and randomly throughout the night. No breakfast.

The management of the property is without question the best I have come across in my travels . The property itself is somewhat dated but this gives it character . It is very clean and well maintained . I would not stay anywhere else in Deming .
