"Firstly, the address advertised as well as the photographs of the accomodation are and is not the address of the actual "hostel. " There is no transportation to the actual address on Jan Smuts rd where you find out that you will be staying UPON ARRIVAL.. The cleanliness of the rooms are at best disgusting. No toilet paper is the tip of the iceberg. There are naked woman walking the halls with numerous "visitors" coming in and out. The owner\\manager is impossible to get hold of. Disgraceful....

The staff without exception could not have been more helpful and welcoming including Cynthia who checked us in efficiently and was able to answer all of our questions. "Stayed for 2 nights in March, Adult family of 5 with 3 rooms. Checkin was super easy and the staff were really efficient, cheerful and very helpful. Hotel was spotless - best pillows of our stay :) The location was excellent, within walking distance to restaurants and bars and felt super safe. Breakfast was a great bonus, it was tasty and there was something for everyone. Spa was fantastic, just be aware of the upsales, but treatments were great! Would definitely stay again and would recommend. Thanks for a fab stay!"
