The main bathroom was very small to service two bedrooms. There was a roll of toilet paper cut in half for the main bath. The only thing new there was the bathrooms. The host is a great person, that's about the highest compliment i will give. The place definitely needs a paint job. Also needs some update furniture in the house. I also noticed the mouse traps in round the house and in the cabinets also. So with that being said you just have to make your own judgment on staying there. Personally I think we paid to much for the rental especially the way it looked in and out of the house. The bedrooms are good size and each have a nice closets. While we did not have beach chairs with us this trip, the large laundry room with an exterior door would have been a great place to store all of our beach gear. Would stay there again. Have recommended to our Snowbird friends.
