This brand new property features a beautiful chef's kitchen with high end appliances including a gas range, dishwasher, quartz countertops and all the essentials needed to cook a fabulous meal! Enjoy morning coffee or an evening bbq on your beautiful private patio surrounded by lush, tropical vines and landscaping. Completely remodeled and tastefully designed, this 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is professionally furnished for your relaxation and enjoyment. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, it is our goal to exceed your expectations. It's our hope that you will unwind, relax and truly enjoy your stay at our luxurious villa in beautiful Delray Beach. Embracing my extensive background in hotel management and interior design, our villa is furnished with luxury and comfort in mind. We have created a "boutique hotel feel" offering much more space, privacy and amenities than a traditional hotel room. Complimentary WiFi is included with your stay along with Cable television. There is a large 60" flat screen TV in the Living Room and a second flat screen TV in the bedroom. The gourmet chef's kitchen features high end appliances including a gas range, Miele dishwasher and a Summit refrigerator w/ ice maker, beautiful quartz countertops, an eating island, and a Nespresso machine for your morning brew! The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, premium pillow top mattress, luxurious down comforter and pillows, and ultra soft sheets. (We also provide down alternative pillows and comforters if that's your preference). The Ensuite bathroom boasts Carrera marble floors, soft Eqyptian cotton towels, and a large walk in shower for your relaxation after a long day at the beach! And for those of you that don't tend to travel light, there is plenty of storage in the large bedroom closet! There is extra sleeping for (2) in the Living Room on the comfortable sofa sleeper. For your convenience, there is a brand new Miele front load washer and dryer inside the villa! The private patio is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or dine Al Fresco anytime. We’ve installed a brand new bbq conveniently hooked up to a permanent gas line (no worries about changing propane tanks) for your grilling pleasure! NOTE: Should you be traveling with a larger party and require additional accommodations, we have a brand new luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with a saltwater pool and hot tub surrounded by tropical flowering plants, fruit trees and tropical vines that sleeps (4) on the same property (listing HA 7301860). Should you decide to rent both villas, pool access can be opened up to everyone. All of our properties are equipped with a smart lock which makes check in quick and easy. We will program a special entry code just for you prior to your arrival. Please note that we are CLEAN fanatics and per the CDC guidelines, we deep clean the entire property between each and every guest. Also, a cleaning service is available for guests staying longer than two weeks (please inquire). DETAILS ABOUT DELRAY AND OUR LOCATION: Delray Beach was rated the number one beach in Florida in Viewers Choice as well as the “Most Fun Small Town in America”, according to Rand McNally. Additionally, Atlantic Avenue was recently listed as one of America's top shopping streets by USA Today. Having a car while you're in Delray is definitely nice, and there's onsite parking available for one car, however, it is not a necessity. Our property is just 8 blocks to the Beach and Atlantic Avenue, and 4 blocks to Pineapple Grove. It is certainly walkable or bikeable but if you'd prefer to get a ride, consider trying out the Delray Freebie for a "tip only" ride around town, operating daily from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. You can download the Freebie App or call 855-918-3733 for more information. Bikes can also be rented for about $30 to $50 per week at http://www.needabikefl.com/. The price includes helmets, locks and free delivery and pick up from our villa. Keep in mind that it's a good idea to rent bikes before your arrival since this company requires at least 24 hours notice. Delray Beach is just 20 minutes to Palm Beach International Airport and 30 Minutes to Ft. Lauderdale Airport. Centrally located between Miami and Palm Beach you'll have easy access to both by car or train. In addition, Delray is just 20 minutes to Boca Raton, 30 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale and 20 minutes to West Palm Beach. In addition to it's convenient central location, Delray Beach is a lovely "Village by the Sea" offering a large variety of shopping, and top notch restaurants with extensive menus. The public beach boasts beautiful soft white sand, and is nicer than many private beaches. For an truly enjoyable day of relaxation at the beach, Delray offers deluxe beach cabanas for rent daily or by the hour. We are just steps away from the famous French Bakery where you can enjoy authentic croissants, sandwiches, cookies, delicious coffee and many other tasty treats. Pineapple Grove, just (4) block away has a fitness center, Pilates, yoga, beauty salons and spas, in addition to shops, cafe's and restaurants. The Delray Tennis Center is also just a short distance away and has some of the top instructors in Florida. Additionally they host tournaments such as the Delray Beach Classic and the Chris Evert Raymond James Pro-Celebrity Classic . Should you wish to do some reading while you're here, the new Delray Beach Library has a friendly staff and a large offering of books/videos etc. They periodically host guest speakers who explore topics ranging from current to historical events. Lori was available to help us with whatever we needed. The house is in a great location. Close to Atlantic Avenue but without all the noise and people! The neighborhood is cute and very safe; walkable to great restaurants. One morning we walked to a great spa for a massage. Trader Joes and Whole Foods close by for groceries. We arrived later in the day and it was a nice surprise to have water already in the refrigerator and cookies on the counter. I cooked breakfast most mornings and Lori has every kitchen appliance you need. We will definitely stay here again! ##### Meg S. This owner, this house, this neighborhood all made for the perfect vacation in paradise!! Lori, the owner, left no detail untouched. The furnishings were beautiful, the appliances were top of the line, the bed was so comfortable, there was a great patio, a full array of cleaning products, beach chairs and all the cooking utensils, dishes, bowls and pots and pans that you would need. There were also cooking utensils and dishes to use on the patio when we cooked on the gas grille. Lori is an award winning interior designer and her talent showed in this beautiful house!! And, we were walking distance to Atlantic Ave and all the great restaurants! We will definitely be back!!! ##### stan s. She was available 24/7 and when she might be out of pocket for few hours she would text me with a back up contact. Secondly, the little boutique pied de terre in the heart of Delray was just epic. My daughter (11) and I rode bikes every day to the beautiful beaches, rode into town for ice cream and even rented a golf cart for a few days to give her her first “driving” lessons. The place has everything you could ever think of in the kitchen and the patio with the bbq made for a lovely dinner time. Also, last but certainly not least every morning we would bike two blocks to Tge French Bakery to get what I have to say is the only truly authentic French baguette I have ever tasted this side of the pond.
