Nice hotel at a prime location... close to metro
It was a lovely stay overall. Good food, courteous staff, good rooms.. what else can someone ask for. Good stay overall. Do check out the rooftop restaurant there. It was lovely.

Nice hotel at a nice location!!!
So, I booked this hotel to crash in for a day. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience.I had a chance to meet the owner... he seemed a nice person. The rooms were well lit and overall comfortable. The best part about them is their location. Centrally located and well connected. Do visit their rooftop restaurant. I had a really good time there. A good pick in a decent budget. I would recommend it to others.

Helpful staff but that's about all
The staff were really helpful. Especially the front desk people and Prakash. The room was run down (paint flaking off, lights not working, stains). The room and bathroom floors were dirty when I arrived (I had to wash cigarets ash of the bathroom floor - I don't smoke). The halls to my room always had other people's rubbish in them and a smelt. The room across from me had a pile of dirty cigarets sitting outside their door for two days.

Best but can be better
The Hotel is good but the maintenance is not good. It can be better with little maintenance. Ex: A/C was not cooling well, Lights and Fan was tagged to one switch, Room service was not quick sometimes.

wrong info about hotel
on website it was mention breakfast included in my amount, but hotel denied on the same and i had to pay again for the breakfast gym was not working condition not even pool was working when i asked to clean my room they not changed my bedsheet for more then 4 days

Don't bring a black light
We arrived on a weekend and it was like the place had been taken over by the kids from Lord of the Flies. Service was terrible - requests for towels, clean sheets, safe combination, wifi were all answered with "the boss isn't here so we can't". On Monday the grown ups returned and things were a bit better. Their friends were all over and sleeping and hanging out loudly in the lobby and corridors all night. The hotel itself is different to the hotel from the pictures (i.e any publicity online is actually a scam). It is essentially a slum. The entire place stinks of urine. The rooms were filthy - and I mean filthy. The sheets had not been changed and had all kinds of stains on them. I specified what kind of stains in my last review and it got rejected so use your imagination. Toilet didn't flush and dripped loudly all night. The bathroom was just a glass partition of the room. No heating so it was freezing at night. For $25 a night I feel like I shouldn't complain too much but this place was truly horrendous and I feel it's my duty given the unrealistic rating Expedia seems to give it. You can do much better at a hostel or a guest house if you're on a budget.

d stay was comfortable. staff is polite but inadequate. net facility was down one of the two nights we stayed. Breakfast was exellent. location is a bit of a problem. D room was cozy and was PERFECT for a romantic mood. good choice.

Live in a Old Delhi hotel is a unexpected venture.
A bed without sheet to cover a grey colored blanket. I asked for a sheet and get a table cloth for two nights.

A disappointing stay but good location and staff
We had a disappointing stay at the White Klove. POSITIVES: The hotel is really well located just off the Main Bazaar and really close (5 mins walking) to the metro station from which almost all of Delhi's sights can be accessed. Also close to new delhi railway station. We were also allowed to check in very early for only a small extra fee. NEGATIVES: When we arrived the room was dirty with hairs in the bed and a dirty toilet. The hotel did clean the room to sort this out. The fixtures and furnishings are comfortable but not in great condition. The swimming pool is chargable and is quite expensive according to the Spa price-list in the bathroom. No hand soap is included with the room. The hotel was undergoing some renovation but there was an unacceptable amount of dirt/dust in the communal areas. There was also a funny odour in the hotel corridors. It didn't affect the stay but it was unpleasant. The breakfast was bad on the first morning with very little option. On the second day there were noodles and omelettes which was slightly better. As the most expensive place we stayed during a month trip to India, I would have expected better accommodation overall.

This is definitely a 'has been' hotel once nice, in a by gone era. Staff were pleasant, All very welcoming, although not so much English at breakfast time. This was adequate, with Indian options as well as porridge & cereal, toast etc.Room was clean & tidy , water heated in a short time ( most hotels have a bathroom water heater). Very tied with décor certainly needing a spruce up. No other 'westerners' where there when I was. Old coffee shop closed at reception. I didn't get a chance to visit the restaurant on the top floor. Pool, changing rooms, shower not to pleasant & sauna not working. Scuddy looking& in need of repairs. Location near old market streets, but a little way from connaught Place. Still fitted its purpose.

Fantastic Service
Comfortable stay, right in Pahadganj. Personalised good service from the staff & Management. Only note that the hotel is in the same lane as Imperial theatre, near Ramkrishna Metro station, as the staff had not been clear, about the location of the hotel on the phone.

i love India ,i am a frequent traveler i booked this hotel because a friend recommend this hotel to me ,she loved this hotel .The best thing about this hotel is there service and value for money .i loved there spa and pool which made me forget my traveling stress and fatigue.i recommend this hotel to every traveler .They also upgraded my room because i booked it throw Expedia.

Not worth living the amount being charged
AC in the room was not workiing. Inspite of compliants and feedback to rectify the hotel management did not repair the AC but instead insisted that it was working fine. However when I insisted that this is not done and need to either get it repaired or give another room, they immediately shifted to another room where AC was working fine. Having paid full amount in advance and then not getting proper service, it felt like we are being cheated. Also there were frequent power cuts leading to disturbances in electricity supply. There was also construction work going around leading to inconvinience. Hotel mgmt also required address proof of both family members, however this was not mentioned as mandatory document in online booking. Though I carried my valid address proof, but my wife did not carry her address proof and hotel mgmt insisted citiong as govt rule.

Room was very clean and had a lovely bathroom with a great shower. Pool was under maintenance at the time of my stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

2&1/2 star rating, as the owner willing to improve
First, airport pickup was reluctantly organised & charged more then normal ! Though paid in advance for 5 nights, room card renewed daily & have to go down to get breakfast coupon daily. Breakfast less then average in quality or service. Staff willing but hotel seems run-down & poorly managed. Delhi was cold but hotel was not geared to cope! There were. Problems with laundry & generator as well. Over all inspire of owners personal assurances & willing staff, it was not experience I would like to repeat ! Cannot recommend !

セール¥7700→¥2400につられて泊まりました この元の値段は嘘ですね 建物が老朽化し過ぎで、写真とは全くの別物です Wi-Fiは不安定 お湯は出ます スタッフの対応はまずまず このエリアなら同じ値段でもっと良いホテルを選べます

Hotel ist eine Baustelle (stand Juli 2016)
Das Hotel wird gerade umgebaut. Es gibt kein Pool, keine Dachterrasse, kein Restaurant, keine Zimmerreinigung, nur 1 Handtuch für 5 Tage. Kühlschrank und Safe im Zimmer funktionieren nicht. Hatte 2 Tage lang kein warmes Wasser. Die Umgebung ist laut und dreckig. Streuende Hunde vor dem Hotel, nachts kämpfen diese. Die Fotos auf der Homepage des Hotels entsprechen nicht der Realität. Wenn man etwas essen möchte, wird dieses Essen aus herumliegenden Straßenstände herbeigeschafft. Das Personal tut sein bestes um es den Gast irgendwie angenehm zu machen. Schaffen es jedoch nicht immer. Es gibt kein Frühstücksbuffet, Frühstück nur auf Anfrage und wenn das Personal Zeit hat.

Hotellet har verkligen potential, men roof top restaurangen var under konstruktion när vi var där så den existerade inte, vi blev tilldelade fel rum och tillbringade första natten i det rummet vilket var ett vanligt standardutförande. Allt i rummet var halvdant gjort, AC funkade inte, hål i väggen vid sängen som de så fint hade täkt med kudden, hål i väggen på fler ställen där kablar hänger ut (inte barnvänligt). Rummet vi blev uppgradera till var dock väldigt bra! Stort och rymligt, rymligt badrum och inte alls lika halvdant gjort.

Smutsigt och falsk personal
Boka ej! Vi bokade med frukost men på plats sa personalen att det inte ingick... Rummet var smutsigt. Det låg köns hår över hela toaletten ,gamla blöta handdukar kvar i rummet och fullt med flugor och myggor. Dåligt!

Disappointing!
Have stayed here before, and were disappointed this time! Arrived at 4.30am, and dispite trying to confirm airport pickup (as we had booked!) we got to the hotel by taxi. There was no room avilable, but "In ten minutes, room will be ready!" During the next 30 minutes one family lett the hotel (!) and we were given a room. When arriving at the room guys were still making the bed, so I don't know if this was the room the family stayed in, but nothing was clean. No towels, no toiletpaper, dirty mirror and soapcup and sheets made us think that this room was used shortly before our arrival!! The reseption also tried to make us pay for airport-transfer even though this was included in our booking!

Ok hotel considering the price
We spent a night in The White Klove in february, and and thought it was just OK considering the price. The room was nice, with TV, a nice bathroom with small bottles with various products ans soaps which is nice. Got complemenatry mineral water and towels after a while. In terms of cleanliness it was a bit dodgy, the walls , floors and windows where a bit dirty, but bedsheets where ok. During the night the service phone was ringing loudly constantly - despite complaints, and the staff had a "party" on the upper floor, which was very loud (generally poorly isolated rooms where you can hear everything that goes on in the hall), and resultet in a sleepless night. We asked to use the pool, and booked it for the day after, but it was not prepared when we came to use it, so we skipped that. Breakfast was ok. All in all an OK hotel for the price.

・立地は良い。 安宿街であるメインバザール街にある。メインストリートから一本外れているため、それほど周囲がうるさくもない。場所は、分かりやすく、地図を見ながら行けば迷うことはない。 周囲には、レストラン、バー(お酒が飲める店はライセンスが必要で限られている)、飲み物などのお店、旅行代理店はたくさんあります。怪しい日本語を話す客引きもたくさん話しかけてきますので、ご注意を。 ・設備 レストランが入っているようだが、営業しているようには見えなかった。 入口のすぐ脇にスポーツジムマシンが一通り置いてあったが、ホコリをかぶっているようだった。 ・建物全体に漂う下水の臭い たまたま私が泊まった時だけなのか、恒常的にそうなのか分かりませんが、酷い臭いがしました。 Expediaで前払いしていたし、部屋を変えてもらえばどうにかなるものでもないので、我慢して一晩過ごしましたが。 ・清潔ではない 廊下や階段にはごみが吹きだまっていましたが、綺麗に掃除する習慣はないようでした。
