Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

#### Host refused to the booking 

We were stranded for almost 8 hours we had to book a different place. Horrible experience being away from home in a new country. Vrbo support never made any arrangements for us and offered us refund and key cash which is still not completed
