We are located strategically at a very Good Location just 5 minutes walk to Karol bagh metro station and a road parallel to the Main Pusa Road, sometimes the taxi drivers make it hard to find the place and pretend they don't know the location and try to take to other hotel from where they get commissions. We take the utmost care that our guest are given best services we do not allow our housekeeping staff to re-use the linen, incase you felt it was re-used then you could have informed us and action could have been taken right away.

Our Location is considered very prime by majority of the tourists and we are located in karol bagh and this area itself very famous among the tourists or business travelers. We can understand because of the cultural difference you could not bear the noise of the traffic, but unfortunately Delhi is bit noisy. Regarding your complaint of the noise made by other families at late night, then please be assured had you informed our helpful and professional manager regarding them, then he would have intervened and could have stopped them for making the noise , it must be just an unfortunate day otherwise our Guests are very sophisticated. Regarding your complaint of the other booking, the booking did not include the breakfast we have rechecked the voucher and the same has been shared with you over the mail and proof has been given that the breakfast was not included, moreover your driver was informed that his breakfast was not included so its not our mistake in this case for sure
