Good staffs but poor maintenance
not maintained properly, not renovated for long time. Needs improvement. But staffs were very nice and helpful if they renovate and retain the staffs definitely it can get better.

Leave alone 3 stars, does not deserve a 1 star
1. Hot water not more than 2 mugs is possible once you switch on the geyser. 2. Breakfast is not served on time though the breakfast is from 7.30 AM. 3. They dont bother to check with you when they change your room from one to another. 4. Hotel staff at reception are ok, but the hotel does not have the culture to take care of customers.

Nice.but staff doesnot know hownto talk to custome
When we reached the hotel they asked where are we from from the staff and in a rude way ...theyvstraight forward denied the room to us saying that we are from delhi ncr region . when i showed them the address proof mentioning that i am not from ncr then only they provided the room and they did not even apologied... Terrible staff....
