The staff was friendly and accommodating and gave me an early check in after a long international flight which was awesome! Breakfast Buffet is 200 Rupees which seemed fine and the chai was wonderful. Unlovable=no windows in the room, intermittent Wifi, the reception said to dial 9 for help but the phone in the room doesn't work, bathroom has mothballs in the sink which smell up the whole room, only 1 power outlet had live electricity which was in the bathroom. Basically it was like camping but with a bed.

Clean and compact property in Mahipalpur. AC cooled well, bed comfortable. Complimentary pick-up from Delhi Airport handled promptly.

Was booked city view not given. Service ppl need training Bed need to replace Hotel need pest control Need good maintenance Call from airport to have shuttle service got voice mail No shuttle service How come hotel got 10 of 10 ??? Is it someone playing with reviews ?
