It was inconvenient to come to the front desk to use the Internet. Next morning we were told the hotel was having the WiFi problem & a tech will arrive within 1hr to fix the problem. That afternoon still no WiFi so we checked out without any discount from the hotel for our inconvenience (the manager was rude & said he was also inconvenience by the WiFi so why should he give a discount). The staff and management were wonderful. We arrived in Delhi during the rupee problem. The manager let us use his metro card. He advised us about many things while we were there. We would highly recommend this fine hotel. The gym no longer exists (the staff did help us find a fitness centre quite nearby, but we had to pay to use it). The hotel's internet connection went out for about 24 hours at one point, which was immensely frustrating, but when we objected, the staff did arrange for us to use the wifi in the lobby of the hotel across the street at no cost. The room was quite comfortable but the hallways were really noisy, especially because doors were banging all night long and beeped infuriatingly when even slightly ajar. The hot water was unreliable. The next night they accommodated us.As per the pictures the Hotel is in an excellent condition..all amenities and fittings are branded and well maintained..I could easily rate this Hotel as 4\*...
