My sincere advice to Expedia is to remove this hotel from your listing, otherwise it will mar your credibility on providing ratings to hotels. In spite of providing specific request to pick up from the airport no one turned up and I had to take a cab to this hotel. They tried to charge me for extra person which I have already paid through Expedia. Only after producing the receipt from Expedia and after 30 minutes of arguing they agreed not to charge. That too happened during my check out despite requesting them to settle my bills overnight and to save time during check out to catch my flight early in the morning. Since the hotel is overbooked they just don't care about the hospitality. They are rude and they shouldn't be in the service industry with this kind of poor hotel management. If you stay here, you need to loose your self respect and for each and everything you need to remind them umpteen times. I changed my room to royal suite when I checked in but it's only namesake called "Royal Suite". Unkempt rooms, full of dust, taps leaking water, only two plug sockets, full of dust on the top of the cupboard, locker not working etc. etc. It was a nightmare and had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. Please do not recommend this hotel until they improve their service.
