The staff in the breakfast buffet made this hotel well worth it and I would return. The hotel was clean, well maintained, the staff in the breakfast area would go out of their way to help which made a pleasant stay. The hotel is overpriced, particularly for the car services, uber is much cheaper but the staff made our stay wonderful.

Clean and great food!

Good stay in Delhi! Very clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower. Check in process could have been improved with more attentive staff that should smile more and not dismiss us when we ask questions, they also put in a smoking room after requesting non-smoking - however it was easily resolved. the upstairs restaurant food was amazing for dinner and breakfast plus the manager was extremely nice!

The stay was, as always, wonderfully comfortable — this hotel never disappoints. The staff truly sets the tone here; their warmth and attentiveness make every visit feel special. The breakfast team deserves a special mention for their exceptional hospitality, and Ayush at the reception continues to impress with his professionalism and welcoming demeanor. It’s no surprise that this has become my go‑to place, now marking my seventh stay. The food remains consistently fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, adding to the overall experience. Every visit reinforces why I keep coming back — comfort, great service, and a team that genuinely cares.
