Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities

#### Terrible

This property did not exist. There was another property there that said name has changed but they have no room and sent me to another of ‘their’ properties where they did not give me a room. I sat on a chair in the freezing cold as I had nowhere to go and left in the morning. An experience to forget.
