Propre et pratique car à proximité de la gare de bus et de train. On peut facilement se rendre à l'aéroport par train. Design sympa et personnel attentif.

Bon hôtel, mais très mal situé
Personnel compétent et aimable, chambre propre et confortable aux standards européens, mauvaise insonorisation, très mauvaise situation : près de la gare ferroviaire, à la moindre sortie dans la rue on se fait harceler par les escrocs en tout genre. La prochaine fois, j'irai à l'autre Bloomrooms au sud de Delhi.

Très bon hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Personnel aimable et toujours disponible, allant même jusqu'à nous prêter une chambre libre pour prendre une douche avant notre vol de retour en Europe. Chambres simples mais fonctionnelles avec A/C, salle de bain extrêmement propre et agréable, TV avec multiples chaînes internationales. Bon petit-déjeuner dans le café attenant à l'hôtel. Situé dans un quartier animé (proche de la gare); toutefois à l'intérieur de l'hôtel et en particulier dans les chambres intérieures, aucun bruit extérieur ne filtre. Nous recommandons donc vivement cet hôtel ou l'autre Bloomrooms à Jangpura dans lequel nous avions séjourné en 2013, toutefois moins proche du centre de la ville.

Excellentes impressions de cet hotel tout neuf blanc et jaune situé à 5mn à pieds de la gare de New Delhi et 10mn du métro .Literie parfaite et sdb impeccable ! ! Excellent petit déjeuner continental et bon restaurant ; possibilité de réserver billet de train , voiture , avion via 1 représentant d'agence de voyage dispo tous les jours jusqu'a 11h au restaurant . Service de navette avec le van de l 'hotel ; 1 excellent rapport qualité / prix et 1 HOTEL QUE JE RECOMMANDE TOUT PARTICULIEREMENT

a bright and good hotel adjacent to the station
it was a blessing that I booked this hotel. It was amongst the best managed, cleanest and most comfortable ones that I stayed in in India, and with a very good value-for-money ratio. This hotel can be seriously recommended. The beds were comfy, clean and spacious, the design pleasantly timeless movers, and the shower clean,well light, abundant warm water.

Un séjour très agréable.
Nous avons séjourné au Bloomrooms à la fin d'un voyage d'un mois dans le nord de l'Inde. Parmi les hôtels où nous avons séjourné, c'est le meilleur de sa catégorie. Moderne, très propre, salle de bain impeccable, literie très confortable, wi-fi efficace, personnel très professionnel, bonne cuisine au café attenant, bonne insonorisation, ambiance relax et agréable. Aucun reproche à faire.

Expédia de transmet pas les demandes! Notre chambre était la plus bruyante que nous ayons eu en inde, pensez à exiger directement auprès de l'hotel une chambre au calme, sinon vous serez sur la rue et vous ne pourrez dormir. C'est propre, avec un patio agreable, juste à coté de la gare de New delhi, donc pratique pour prendre le train... mais pour le même prix, le city star à 3 minutes offre un bien meilleur rapport qualité prix.

The best hotel in New Delhi that I used to stay , decent and delicious breakfast served, friendly staffs and of course very pleasant and clean room. This hotel is close to train station and Metro. You can also request the counter to ask for auto and cab. It's only cost 100 rupieeh to travel to metro airport.

The hotel is in Paharganj almost facing NDRS. The neighborhood doesn’t seem safe at all. So much pollution too. Next time I’ll book in a better zone of Delhi. I really didn’t feel comfortable around.

What i liked the most at Bloomsroom were the people! The hotel manager and the staff were very kind and helpful. This hotel is one block away from the busiest train station in the country, so it's very very busy; but it's definitely a very Delhi experience.

Este hotel es una joya en medio del caos que hay en las calles de Delhi. Un hotel muy tranquilo, limpio,el housekeeper que llevaba habitación 110 , era muy atento y realizaba limpiezas muy a fondo, y estaba ahi para todo lo que se necesitaba. El hotel es sencillo pero con una cama muy comfortable y ducha buenísima. El desayuno bariado y todo limpio. Una noche cené en hotel y la comida tradicional india buenísima y muy barato. Recomiendo este hotel si tu presupuesto no es muy alto, y quieres tranquilidad y limpieza, además uno alli se siente seguro, hay un seguridad las 24 horas en recepción

Had a good stay for 2 nights. The room was small but had everything we needed. Only downside was the temple across the street that started playing music early in the morning, but I guess you can get that at most places.

Central location very close to New Delhi Railway, Connaught Place and also Old Delhi. Very friendly and helpful staff, we were supported in the airport transfer and other small things. Rooms were okay, Wi-Fi is working well, negative was only that the air in the room was very wet. Area around the hotel is very lively and loud, if you are in India for the first time, you will get to know the country in a very extreme way.

Excellent customer service, the pay later (in-person) option was useful for us, our room was very clean and well maintained, staff was cordial and willing to help us upon request, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet - the food was very good and offered a decent variety of options, bottled water is provided, and coffee/tea stations in each floor, their room service menu is also very good - we enjoyed a delicious dinner on one of our nights. We enjoyed our stay and the price was great for our purposes. The manager was very kind and receptive and provided us with some travel options. We also booked our trips to Agra and Jaipur with them. Both trips over the course of two days were for the most part a positive experience - mainly due to our driver’s superb customer service and care (if you get Prem, you will not be disappointed). We preferred the tour guide that we got for Jaipur (Singh) - he was kind and patient (great photographer btw) and was willing to let us take in the experience rather than rushing us through it. Also, provided us with a wealth of information. The tour guide that we got for Agra was not very pleasant, the experience seemed kind of rushed - seemed like he was in a hurry and wanted us to skip everyone else which ended up upsetting other folks on the line for the Taj Mahal. Overall, we recommend this place. The manager is flexible and transparent about the process. He will draw up a contract with you. Our recommendation is to ask a lot of questions!
