We welcome our guests to our Luxury Service Apartments, newly constructed & beautifully kept. We are located near Qutub Minar & Chattarpur Temple. We are close to historical places which makes our apartments more valuable to the tourist.   
Our property is very close to two metro stations i.e. Chattarpur & Qutub Minar.  
We offers free Wifi & breakfast to all our guests.  
  
We also specialize in medical tourism & cater patients from all over the globe, as FORTIS Hospital , MAX Hospital , AIIMS Hospital etc are very closed from our property. We have 8 No’s 3BHK apartments (i.e 24 Rooms) in a 5 storey building. So, in total we can accommodate 60-70 guests in 8 apartments.  
  
The guests can have a experience of seeing Peacocks, Rare Birds, Monkeys etc. Our property is in the area of lavish luxury farm houses constructed on 20000 acres of green land. So, there is ample fresh air available.

 The apartments are totally brand new & shower luxury:

RULES FOR STAYING :  
  
This property is brand new property with good interiors  
  
 \- 6 guests can accommodate in an apartment. Extra guests can ask for extra beddings at a reasonable cost.  
 \- Guests are requested to keep ACs, fans, lights etc. switched off when not in use  
\- We have no smoking policy inside the apartment. It can be in Balcony or staircase area.  
 \- Govt. ID (Adhaar Card etc) needed of the person in whose name the booking is confirmed.  
 \- Keep the apartment free from any damage to moveable's furniture etc or any fixed item.  
\- Guest will be responsible for any loss to the property during their stay in the apartment.   
\- Keep your luggage locked when you leave the apartment. We are not responsible for any belongings, So take care of your belongings.   
  
\- Visitor can be allowed only for 1-2 hours in a day at the reception area.  
  
RULES FOR PARTY :   
 \- We also allow small parties upto 20 guests only.  
 \- Guest list for party should be given in advance.  
 \- Max 12 guest can stay at night rest have to be leave after the party or as decided.  
 \- More then 20 guests will not be allowed in party at any cost.  
 \- Loud music is not allowed after 10.00 pm. Only T.V is allowed in normal volume.
