Stuff are lazy, no hot water for shower, no refrigerator in room, washroom remain water, towel was 1 for 2 person, no spa and not open anytime (it's just name)

The room we stayed in was super hot when we got there and it took hours to cool down the room. The bed was sinking in when you sleep in it, not that the firmness was soft, it was just probably overused; very very uncomfortable. The bathroom barely had any light and the staff told us that is how all their bathrooms are, which was a lie as the other bathroom that we checked out had full bright lights. There were a millions mosquitoes in the room and the bathroom, the bathroom equipment was worn out and the toiletries were awful. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Room was not very clean. Sheets had a smell and were stained. Staff was nice. It was a little hard to find the hotel.

Varkala
Nice hotel, good pool, close to the beach, great staff. The food was very good, ten nights in the Akhil Beach Resort, not one bad stomach and ate in the hotel restaurant everyday. I thought the food and drinks at the hotel were reasonably priced. The A/C room we stayed in could have done with an update, but it was clean and functional, nice to have had a fridge in the room, but overall a lovely stay.

ワイファイがほとんど繋がらなかったのが致命的でした。何度か対応して貰いましたが最終的には電波が弱いとの事で諦めざる得ませんでした。3.5星と言うことで選びましたが、実際は2〜3星ではないでしょうか。とにかく老朽化が進んでいた。

Great Overall
I am quite frequent to Delhi and this was my second stay at the hotel. Its a nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Food at the buffet was nice. Hotel is located at an inner road but that is a positive for me as you get some good parking space, which is hard to find at this price in Delhi. One thing the hotel is missing is drivers rooms. After talking with the Manager, our driver was given a Mattress to sleep at the rooftop and was also offered food at the buffet. But I would recommend the hotel to make provision for some kind of drivers room and it will become the best hotel in this part of town. Totally recommended.

2 Tage Delhi
Ein kleines aber feines Hotel, nach dem man anfangs etwas suchen muss. Zumindest hat mein Taxi-Fahrer mehrere Passanten ansprechen müssen, bevor wir es gefunden haben. Ein paar Abstriche muss man machen (einige Steckdosen funktionieren nicht, Der Spiegel könnte mal wieder geputzt werden, abgewetzter Hocker, ...), aber alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit sehr zuvorkommendem Personal. Den Spa-Bereich habe ich leider nicht ausprobiert.

Would not recommend this hotel - far from rail/bus
Very bad experience. Management has not made a check on the tour guide - out to get a commission and transport very poor. Arranged for a tour of Delhi where we wanted to see only landmarks. Driver was told to make a stop at Rajasthan Textile Development Corporation who pose as a Government store - but this is not the case - we were sold gold that was fake worth A.$1600.00. We were unaware of this till we reached home. Had the driver not stopped there we would not have entered the shop. Made a trip to Agra and instead of using the freeway took us through the slumbs - we were in the car for more than 5 hours before we reached Agra. Half way through the trip the driver took us to some eatery - very dirty and I saw that money passed between the cashier and the driver - that is a sort of a commission given to the driver for taking us there.

Close to airport, Clean rooms, comfortable stay
This is a very nice hotel, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, hotel staff excellent, nice breakfast. Enjoyed my stay here, stayed here twice. This hotel is not on the main Road, make sure you have the correct phone number of the hotel and provide it to the driver, If you are using a GPS, Google maps has it listed on their maps, Good luck!

hotel checkin was easy, room is nice and clean, bathroom also hygienic, only the electric plug-ins do not all work, if you need s.th. you have to ask 2-3 times.

Good Boutique hotel with all modern facility
Hotel is located very close to airport, The Free airport pickup was on time, Room food and service were excellent location bit far from central delhi but all the monument are with in reach a good place to stay when you coming to delhi

Simply Superb
Simply superb everything was just to perfectly placed, This hotel located few KM away from the Main hotel hub area but this is one of the best for the price. rooms were big and clean wifi RUn fast, hot water on time, room service was fast, breakfast was delicious. Gym is amazing spa is relaxing and saloon is stylish just a perfect place to kick start your journey of india

Room was nice size and bedding and towels changed every day. Standard and facilities were quite suitable for our needs, particularly the SPA facilities. Not far from airport(15 min drive)

a 5 star services at the price of budget hotel
One of the best hotel i stayed in in my whole trip of india. We work in a travel agency in toronto and was in india for Reiki for the selection of hotel for the coming season. The reason behind booking this hotel was that it is located in a area which is centrally and yet away from the crowded city. This boutique hotel is very compact and has everything one can look for. A nice big room, fully equipped gym a nice italian saloon spa and massage center. rooms have Big LED TV a Mini bar and Big bed with 9 Inch Mattress in it. as it is away from the crowd this make it very peaceful and relaxing for some one who need a nice sleep after a long travelling day. Room service was fast and cleanliness is ultimate i can give them 10/10 for the cleanliness. Staff well educated and well behaved. Over all a satisfactory stay i love to stay in this hotel in comparison then any 5 star hotel. Hotel standard match service and standard of a 5 star hotel.
