Above Rex Viscafetaria & Restaurant, in the centre of Delfzijl, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 200 m from the lake, 200 m from the beach. Public parking 100 m. Shop 10 m, supermarket 50 m, restaurant 10 m, bus stop, railway station 450 m, sandy beach 200 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Golf course (9 hole) 12 km, riding stable 3 km, children's playground 50 m. Nearby attractions: Appingendam 5 km, Martinitoren in Groningen 30 km, Dinopark Landgoed Tenaxx 39 km, Hortus Botanicus in Haren 42 km, De Theefabriek 45 km, Vesting Bourtagne 50 km. Please note: baby equipment (extra). The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic. popular events, Pentecost celebrations and sailing week "Delfsail" take place in the area.  
"Delfzijl", 4-room apartment 150 m2 on 1st floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: entrance hall.
