Highly Recommend
The owner is friendly as well as the neighbors. Check in/ communication was easy; questions answered promptly. House was clean and neat. He provided everything to make the home cozy and inviting. The house was 1 mile and 1/4 mile from the two Buffalo Mountain Trail systems entrances. We will definitely be staying there again. 5 stars

Everything was just as listed very clean and super close to the Hatfield and McCoy Trails! The owner was very nice and helpful! Had a 2 firepits and a grill out back with plenty of wood. Would definitely recommend it and we would stay here again 100%

Very clean. perfect location to ride the trails. Gas and food near. Loved it and would stay again. Owner was wonderful and had a nice neighbor. Can I suggest walkway to back door to take off muddy clothes on porch with more room to hang on the hooks there. A mirror in each room for wives to fix hair and put on makeup so not to hold up the 1 bathroom from others. Needs a handle to hold on to when getting in and out of the shower.

Great little house super well kept, clean with everything you need. Just a few minutes ride to two of the main Buffalo Mountain Hatfield McCoy trail entrances. Terry is always available for support if needed. Big thank you again this year.

After walking in, first impression was, this is clean. Comfortable and convenient. Close to Hatfield and Mccoy trailhead and not far from restaurants and grocery stores. Only thing, the shower could use a safty rail to get in and out. All and all a good stay

Everything was great! Location was very close to trail head, beds were comfy, well stocked kitchen, hose available to wash dirt bikes. Terry reached out multiple times to make sure we checked in fine and if we needed anything and again the morning of checkout. Will definitely be booking again!

Best weekend Getaway
My husband has always wanted to ride the Hatfield and Mccoy trails so i decided to book a weekend for us to do just that. First of all the host Terry was fabulous!! His home was very nice and accommodating. It was a short distance to the trail and made entry to ride very convenient. We rode all day and was able to come back, wash our orv, order delivery and spend the evening watching movies. The neighbor Jerry was also very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a 10/10 weekend. We had the best time and hope to be able to come back and stay again!

This place is awesome, exceptionally clean, everything worked. great location to trail access, very quiet at night, Probably the best placed we have stayed while at the Trails, will definitely be staying there going forward. The property was super clean. Terry and Carla met us the first day and remained available as needed. We had plenty of everything. The place is super comfortable with tvs in every room, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty space for all to relax in the living room area. Nice fire pit outside with plenty wood to burn was also a nice touch although it was a little cold so we didn’t use any of it. I warmly recommend this place for a group of 2 to 4 and the location to access the Buffalo mountain area is unbeatable.

Property was clean and exactly as presented on website. Neighbor in adjoining property was helpful and informative. Terry checked in to make sure everything was OK but not intrusive...Highly recommend this for the price range!!! There were 4 adult dirt bike single track riders in our group and found the trail crossing in both directions very close and easily accessible.
