Amazing Del Mar / Torrey Pines property steps

The property is right at the bottom of Torrey Pines, steps away from the beach and a short drive away from UCSD - the campus and the various medical centers (easily accessible by I5 or I805). Del Mar is just up the street with plenty of shops and restaurants and La Jolla is a 10mn drive away. The house is very well kept, in a lovely complex with pool, tennis and with easy access to the Torrey Pine preserve. The owner is very focused on making sure guests have an amazing experience and is very responsive. We will definitely consider staying again!

Wonderful stay in Del Mar

My family (2 kids, 2 adults) had a wonderful stay in Del Mar. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for getting to the beach and all the major sites we wanted to visit. Angelica was a great host. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in San Diego!

Spectacular Location and Experience!

We just had the most wonderful stay at this lovely property. Literally steps from the beach, walking distance to coffee, wonderful restaurants, and easy access to Torrey Pines, Del Mar, La Jolla and surrounding areas Angelica, the owner, met us for check in and took the time to show the property amenities. The property is well maintained , clean, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable. There was a small glitch with the WiFi on the first night that she jumped on immediately and had fixed by the next morning. I've never worked with a more responsive owner, she was communicative and personable. Looking forward to staying here just as soon as possible! Thank you Angelica!

Amazing location!

We enjoyed our stay. It was cozy, clean and a fantastic location. It had everything we needed and was so convenient to be able to park in the garage. Walking down to the local coffee shop was a highlight! The host was very easy to communicate with and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We will be back!

Great Place!

We had such a great time here! This house is very clean and well stocked. The manager is very helpful and accommodating. It is in a great location! Easy walk to the beach, nice community park and pool/hot tub. There is so much to do!

Amazing location

We were thrilled with the location of the property, only steps from the beach, an amazing coffee shops and restaurants, and a 5 minute drive to Torrey Pines golf courses. Easy parking in the garage, lots of space inside, couldn't have asked for a better set-up for our two week stay, allowed us to work remotely (two stories, could work early without waking up others) and enjoy the beautiful Del Mar area. One of those trips that makes you start looking up real estate opportunities nearby! Will be staying here again on our next trip to San Diego for certain.

Another great time in SoCal!

Loved our time in Del Mar. Property is centrally located and convenient to the beaches. Host was always available and helpful. Unit is located on a busy street but we enjoyed watching the people, traffic and coastal train. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent Place to Stay for Beach Vacation

Our family stayed for a wonderful week. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach and in Del Mar and San Diego. The house was wonderfully clean and comfortable, and had all the beach toys and tools we needed to have fun with a quick walk to the beach! Easy to get to everything, and we particularly enjoyed sunset views, hearing the ocean from the deck, and walks to Torrey Pines. We'll be back for sure!! Recommend highly for family vacations!

Amazing getaway!

My son’s soccer team made it to nationals and we were going to be playing near by so We knew we wanted a family friendly place, but this exceeded our expectations. There are two really large pools on site along with a beautiful park, a playground tennis courts, and the clubhouse was stocked with a pool table, foosball table and ping-pong for my teenage son, not to mention it’s in walking distance to the beach! The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed as well! I definitely recommend staying here for whatever your need is. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location for us.

This was one of our favorite stays ever. We loved being able to walk to the beach and great areas for running. Having 4 separate beds was very convenient for us. The place was well-appointed with great beach chairs and toys, well-stocked kitchen, and many nice conveniences. Getting to Torrey Pines golf course was a quick drive or Uber and there is even a bus that goes straight there. We definitely hope to stay again soon.

Great Beach Vacation

This home has everything we needed for a great summer vacation! Located across the street from the Torry Pines beach entrance and fully stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach(towels, chairs, cooler, boogie boards); it was easy to spend a day at the beach with the family. We also enjoyed the tennis courts, and pool on the property. The house was clean and bright with amazing ocean views. I hope to stay here again.

Family friendly stay at Torrey Pines/Del Mar

The hostess met us at check in and gave us a thorough tour of the property. She made sure to show us the pools, walking trails, and made excellent recommendations for places to eat as well. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was an easy 7 minute walk to Torrey Pines State Beach. There was a wagon, cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, towels…everything you need to take to the beach. This location is close to downtown Del Mar with lots of beautiful shops and fun restaurants. It’s also close to the freeway to access other tourist locations in San Diego. This location is perfect and fit our family of 6 very comfortably. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Southern California Location

We stayed at this property while visiting the area to see my son who just relocated to the San Diego area. This location has to be one of the most scenic in the San Diego area. This property was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable week. Angelica was a gracious host who was responsive and helpful . The beach was within walking distance as was Torrey Pines Reserve. Beautiful Del Mar also a stone’s throw away. You will not be disappointed with this property or the location. We hope to be back.

Great Find

This was an excellent location within a little community called SeaPoint. Across from Torrey Pines State Park and walking distance to a coffee shop & pizza restaurant. The owner cares very much about her property and was sure to show us how to access the community pools, tennis courts, and more! She was easy to communicate with and the place had everything we needed to cook meals and do laundry. Sports equipment in the garage and plenty of extra blankets/pillows for comfort in closets. I would stay here again with my family.

Treasure by the sea

Wow! Such a beautiful property in Del Mar! This was the perfect place to stay for my teenage daughters and myself. Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, clean, walk to the ocean, garage, laundry, two gorgeous swimming pools, walk to local coffee shop and restaurants, and a short drive to downtown Del Mar. The owner is beyond gracious and met us at check-in to get us acquainted with the property and amenities. I can't thank her enough for such a relaxing stay in her lovely home. Clean, convenient and perfect location

Perfect location to explore San Diego and the surrounding areas. Less than a five-minute walk to the Torrey Pines beach and short drives to Del Mar, La Jolla, and downtown San Diego. Easy to get north to Carlsbad, Encinitas, etc. as well. The townhome provided great space and all bedrooms were on the same floor. Clean and user friendly. The private community had two pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, and even a park/playground (only open to the neighborhood). The host was a pleasure to work with - hospitable, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable of the area (attractions, restaurants, etc.). We will be back!

Just what you would want!

Best check-in experience ever. Angelica meets you and goes over everything. So comforting to have that connection right up front (was also great pre trip as well). Location is great to enjoy greater San Diego area. 70 Minutes to Disneyland, walk to beaches, 20 minutes to downtown San Diego. What more could you want. House stocked with chairs, umbrella, toys, and beach wagon. Made going to be the beach EASY. That's a huge relief when travelling and can get costly quickly. The neighborhood is amazing. 2 pools. Tennis. Amazing private parks. Incredibly safe and easy to find!

New listing on VRBO! Absolute perfection!!!

First, do not let the lack of reviews concern you -- the house is a new rental and we were the first guests. It was absolutely perfect!! We had a fabulous time staying at this townhouse. It's immaculately clean, in an ideal location and includes everything you'd need. My fiancée and I are avid travelers and have stayed at our fair share of rental houses. This was one of the best. This trip we brought our 7 year old son with us. The house had all the "little things" that most houses don't have - fully stocked kitchen, papertowels, hand soap, plenty of towels, etc. The location of this house is ideal -- it's across from the beach and about 150 feet from the complex pool and clubhouse! The house comes with a wagon cart for pool toys and beach stuff, plus boogie boards, surf board etc. There's a huge garage with washer and dryer with plenty of room to store our bikes. In addition, the house has a perfect back patio when we kept all the pool stuff, towels and sandy shoes etc, which kept the house clean and made for easy in/out. The bedrooms downstairs were quiet and extremely comfortable. Brand new soft linens on all the beds, with a plethora of towels. The living room has a great comfy sofa, huge TV and the house has lightning fast Wifi to stream Netflix etc. And a plus was the air conditioning when it got hot! Honestly, the pictures don't do it justice and we stayed for 2 weeks and plan to go back!
