"The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!"

"Cozy little house on the water! We loved sitting out in the deck enjoying the scenery and the breeze. There were plenty of chairs for the whole family to come and visit and relax outdoors. Beds are very comfortable. We got to meet the host in person and Mike is great! Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"4 families came from CA for a graduation celebration. Enough room and beds for all 10 of us. Easy access to lake. Backyard is huge, had fun playing badminton and volleyball. Also lit a fire at the fire pit one night. Managers were very responsive to our questions and requests There is a projector and we were able to watch movies at night. Pretty cool. Had a great stay."

"We found the house to be really cute and fun to stay in. The location was excellent and we even saw a deer on our last morning! Our main issues, and why this isn’t a 5 star rating, were that multiple lighting fixtures weren’t working and there was an entire bed missing. The ad mentions “1 queen, 1 double, 4 twin’ beds however there’s really 1 queen and 4 twins. This could have caused a big problem if our group was just a bit larger. The ad should be changed to reflect the accurate information...

"Property has everything necessary. Privacy, space indoors and out, parking. Full kitchen. Clean. Close to stores, food and entertainment, Public transportation. For me it was perfect to go and visit family and friends and to have them visit me. I would definitely reserve this place again."

"The property was wonderful for our family of 6 traveling for our Adelphi grad’s ceremony. Angela provided treats upon arrival and surprised us with a special cake for the grad and a bottle of wine. The property is in a great location to get around this area of Long Island."

"This is a quaint property located off the main road going through town but you would never know it. It is quiet and tranquil. Property is clean and well maintained. A quick drive to Sagamore Hill and Oyster Bay. We enjoyed our stay. Owner was very responsive to my questions."

"I stayed here with my family and 1 year old. It was perfect for 6 adults. We didn’t feel on top of each other. The bathroom was spacious. The rooms were decent sized. The view of the bay is gorgeous. This house was a 5 min walk to the ocean, and close to the bay. My only feedback would be that it would have awesome if the cat ears blocking the path to the bay were cut down, because there would have been a very short direct walk entrance to the bay but it was overgrown so you needed to walk...
