"I was surprised to discover that this was a contactless inn, with no office for check-in, only a text message, but it worked. The outside of the place is unimpressive but the interior was great. There is a spacious living room with an ugly but comfortable couch of sorts and no TV, with an attached full bath. Then what I would call an office, with a full desk and chair (and microwave). If you need to do work this is a great asset. Then there is a bedroom and attached bathroom with shower. There is a heater and thermostat in the bedroom and in the living room. This place would be ideal for a long stay but I was only there for an overnight. My only complaint would be that the bed is higher than I'd like. It is also soft but nonetheless comfortable. The motel is located in an industrial area; looking out the back window is a parking lot for city work vehicles."

"Room was spacious and very clean. The young lady at check in was very helpful and efficient and offered excellent suggestions about dining options. While we were out at a local event there was a vicious rain and hail storm and our room had a slight leak as a result. The young lady had already been trying to reach their roofing contractor. When my wife went to the lobby to let her know of the leak, she dropped everything and came to our room to make sure all was ok. Great customer care, she should get a good star for great service!"
