Communication with the owner was very good. We had one or two difficult issues, which were solved after we left. The biggest issue was that it was very far out, 35 minutes minimum to Boone, and whenever a car or truck drove by the dust if it had not rained or was pretty bad. But we love the property, and our two labradors loved the creek! Overall, it was a lovely stay. ##### P L.
