Parking seems to be an issue. We managed to park in the outside area of the property, but no more than five cars can fit in - six at best. Our room was in the annexe and it was OK, although changing grout in the bathroom and similar stuff would greatly improve the impression.

Bad hotel experience

This was a one-star hotel. Room had a very dirty mattress, dirty pillows, dirty toilet, no curtains on the windows, everything was old, small and shabby. Carpet in the corridor was dirty and old. Not even close to the price charged.

Cet hôtel propose sur son site des photos mensongères. Pas de jardin, pas de parking, salle de bain hors d’âge et minuscule, il faut mettre de la bonne volonté pour prendre sa douche ( rideau sale ) La télévision ne marchait pas, la réception ferme à 18h donc personne ne répond à téléphone. Le petit déjeuner se passe dans l’hôtel à côté ( 200m) Et naturellement vous payer d’avance car au vu de la chambre je serais partie.

Cet hôtel est horrible. Cousin avec des traces très douteuses sur le lit, moquette extrêmement sale pleine de tâches, rideau de douche sale, chauffage d'appoint parce que le chauffage de la chambre ne fonctionne pas...rideau à moitié arraché et le comble...on a été obligé de se laver à l'eau froide. La reception n'est plus disponible à partir de 18h et lorsqu'on telephone sur le numéro indiqué sur la porte, aucune réponse. On a passé une nuit dans une chambre horrible. Cet hôtel est indiqué 3 et nous avons payé 130 € la nuit pour dormir dans une chambre insalubre sans eau chaude. Quand j'ai rendu les clefs le lendemain aucune excuse ni proposition de dédommagement. Nous sommes dégoûtés. Cet hôtel fait visiblement partie de la Closerie qui se vente d'avoir 4 etoiles. C'est une honte!!!

Un sentiment d’isolement dans un cadre désuet et vieillot qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 3 étoiles et donc de la nuitée. L’impression de passer la nuit dans une cabane au fond du jardin avec les araignées… le personnel accueille bien mais devant endosser la gestion de plusieurs établissements il faut toujours se déplacer sur un autre hôtel pour les services et rendre sa clé en fin de séjour par exemple
