This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house offers a blend of style, space, and comfort — all just moments from the beach and the vibrant town centre of Deal. Step into the house and you'll find a doube bedroom + bathroom on the ground floor. The hallway opens up to the spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area - ideal for families and groups. The house is ideally located just a short walk from Deal’s pebbled beach and historic pier, as well as an excellent selection of pubs, independent shops, cafés, and restaurants. The garden is shared with The Coach House at the rear . The two gardens are separated and screened with planting. You will have the emergency contact details for Rachel & Spencer from Key Retreats Limited should there be any issues. The property is over three floors. 2 x small to medium well behaved dogs allowed. Please ensure the dogs are kept on the ground floor an not allowed upstairs or on the furniture.
