The bustling High Street with its artisan shops and lively cafes and bars, and the long promenade and beach are all a short stroll away. The cottage itself is a haven for total relaxation, and the lovely sunny conservatory and private walled garden, and the cosy sitting room with inglenook fireplace and wood burner makes this charming cottage the perfect holiday home all year round. The ground floor has a large sitting room, dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, cloakroom, and conservatory leading to the walled garden. The first floor has one Super Kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower room, family bathroom and a twin bedroom. The second floor has a double bedroom. Ground floor Sitting room Sitting room with sofas, inglenook fireplace with wood burner, TV, DVD and CD players and radio Dining room Dining room with dining table and 6 chairs, armchairs, and feature fireplace. French doors to conservatory Kitchen Kitchen with breakfast table and chairs, electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wine fridge, washer/dryer and door to garden Cloakroom with wc and basin Conservatory Conservatory with sofa and chairs, overlooking the lovely garden Steep stairs with rope handrail leading to first floor First Floor Bedroom one – sleeps 2, with Super Kingsize bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV, decorative fireplace, ensuite shower room with shower, wc and basin Bedroom two - sleeps 2, with twin beds, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers, chairs Bathroom with bath and overhead shower, wc and basin Steep stairs with rope handrail leading to second floor Second Floor Bedroom three – sleeps 2, with Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobe (please note this bedroom is in the eaves of the property and so has restricted head room) Garden – Walled garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Things You Need to Know Parking: Two hours free parking in the square, and free on-street parking in neighbouring streets Wi-Fi Steep stairs throughout. Sorry no children under 5 due to steep stairs. The owner has a guide dog, so property not totally pet-hair-free. No pets are allowed at this property. House Rules We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit. Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time. Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house. For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property. Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours.
